HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please inquire about a custom order with as much notice as possible! We are typically booked out several weeks or months in advance, specifically around holidays, so advanced planning is important. We have limited availability for custom orders and may close custom ordering during heavy holiday seasons. Please note we will not be accepting custom orders with less than 1 week notice in special season.

CAN YOUR DECORATED COOKIES BE FROZEN?
Absolutely! Freezing decorated cookies is a wonderful option if you have leftover cookies that you’d like to keep fresh for a later date. Additionally, if an order date is not available close to your event, selecting an earlier date and freezing cookies is a great option. As long as cookies are defrosted fully before being removed from the packaging, you will never know they weren’t freshly made!

Freezing Instructions

1- Carefully place cookies in airtight tubs or Ziplocs to freeze.

2- Take out of freezer the night before you’ll need them. Do not
open the container until they are completely thawed.

CAN YOUR CAKES BE FROZEN?
I do not recommend frozen buttercream/fondant cakes.
